**Color Schemes**

Default colors can make your charts look monotonous. Picking colors for each segment of a pie or funnel can be tiring too. Choose from the four sets of color schemes, or from the various other monochromatic shades. Already have a color in mind? Reflect it on your chart with custom monochromes. You can also reverse the order of color shades in the monochrome.

**Series and Point Colors**

You can now simply double click on individual points of your charts to change their colors separately. This helps you highlight the points of high priority, and customize your graphs, your way.

**Grouped Bars and Columns**

Compare two bars or columns using grouped charts where one series is placed within another showing the data difference explicitly.

**Bullet Charts**

Set your targets and watch your progress using bullet charts that compare the actual data with the target and show your level of progress.

Is there anyone out there?

Please respond.

]]>Dim x as long

x=WorksheetFunction.MATCH("Search",WorkSheets("My Template").Range("A1:A50"),0)

MsgBox x

I get Error Msg:

Application defined error

Please advise

]]>Edit:

I simply tested the function afterward with

=IF(ISBLANK("compleet.C5:K8");"";"1")

and

=IF(ISBLANK("compleet.C5:K8");"2";"1")

In both cases the result was 1 in every cell.

Conclusion the function does not detect an empty cell or the syntax isn´t right.

For by example C8, D5,D6, D7 and D8 are empty in the orgininal.

Here is the code:

Const WHAT_TO_FIND As String = "Supplier"

Dim ws As Excel.Worksheet

Dim FoundCell As Excel.Range

Set ws = ActiveSheet

If Not FoundCell Is Nothing Then

MsgBox (WHAT_TO_FIND & " found in row: " & FoundCell.Row)

Else

MsgBox (WHAT_TO_FIND & " not found")

End If

Here is the Error Msg:

Why?

And please don't tell me that the Find function is not supported and that you will pass it to your developers and it MIGHT be added to your system in the far far future. That is almost always your answer and it is quite frustrating.

Thanks

]]>Hello Franc Müller,

To color the block of cells when name appears in any of the cells, use the following formula.

- Say B5 to D8 - block of cells.
- Text - to be searched - "dave"
- Use =SUMPRODUCT(IF($B$5:$D$8="dave" ; 1 ; 0)) > 0 in conditional format.

Thank you for reaching us.

Any new spreadsheet will inherit the language and country from 'Accounts' - https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/personal .

Yes it is possible to make the cell empty, if the original cell is empty.

Use = IF(ISBLANK("compleet.C5:K8") ; "" ; INDIRECT("compleet.C5:K8") as an array formula.

ISBLANK function will return TRUE - when cell is empty or FALSE - otherwise.

IF function will return an empty string, if ISBLANK's result is TRUE otherwise will return the INDIRECT's result.

These celles now return filled with a 0.

Is it possible to leave or make the cell empty?

Hello Franc Müller,

Sorry for the inconvenience cased.

Indirect formula will show a single result for that particular cell, even a range is been given say =INDIRECT("compleet.C5:K8") (Though Google Docs shows the values for the range).

To show a range of cells in INDIRECT formula, you can use Array Formula's by,

- Select the range where you want to show the range of cells.
- Enter the formula =INDIRECT("compleet.C5:K8") .
- Press ctrl+shift+enter.
