Over the last few weeks we've noticed that our invoice
notification emails are very often not arriving with our clients.
Nothing has changed at our end in terms of the email from address
or the email content.
The emails have always included the invoice as a pdf attachment and
the long link to the online invoice so not sure why this has just
started happening. I've asked clients to check their spam/junk
folders too. In some cases they find the emails there, but in other
cases the emails never arrive at all.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Can Zoho provide guidance on what might be the issue?
For the last week or so Zoho Mail seems to have starting functioning very slowly and having a few bugs. It's slow to open mails, slow to send, slow to change between email accounts. Sometimes clicking on a particular folder (eg Sent folder) stops working and I have to open a new browser tab for mail which works fine for a little while. I also had an issue where all sent items appeared to have vanished until I started a new browser tab again, plus an instance where folders from a different email account were showing against my current mail account. It used to work absolutely fine until a couple of weeks ago and I've not changed anything here.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and Firefox browser (26.0). I've tried clearing browser cache, rebooting etc but it's still the same. Is anyone else having the same issues or is it something local to me?
Sheet allows the selection of multiple cells in a Range by using the Shift key. However, it does not seem to allow the selection of multiple individual cells using the Control key, like most other spreadsheets I've experienced. Is it possible to do this, or will this feature be introduced? It is a very common requirement.
Hi, I hope I'm not missing something obvious but I can't see a way to validate data being entered on the CRM web to lead form.
For instance, if you have a field in your leads table called 'event date' that is mandatory, and you include that on your web to lead form, the client can still successfully submit the form with the field blank.
This seems such an obvious problem, and one which causes many unnecessary emails to get the necessary info, that I feel I may be missing something here, so apologies if that's the case! If not, will this be implemented soon?
I've got events created in Zoho CRM calendar and wish to show these on my website using the embedding html provided within Zoho calendar (I don't think CRM calendar allows embedding directly?).
I have subscribed to Zoho CRM calendar from Zoho Calendar and all events are showing ok in Zoho Calendar. However, if I then share this subscribed calendar as public, select to show event details, and then use the provided html code to embed the calender, all events show on my website as "Private Event".
If I embed another of my normal Zoho Calendars (eg from My Calendars) using the same settings it works fine.
Am I missing something or this a bug of some sort?
Thanks very much to anyone that can help as at the moment I'm having to manually crreate Zoho Calendar events in sync with the CRM calendar events so I can embed an up-to-date calendar on my site with all event details on.
I have a simple data entry form that allows entry of around 8 different fields.
When using Firefox (18.104.22.168) one of the mandatory fields (venue) consistently reports an error when trying to submit, saying a value must be entered, even though a perfectly valid value has been entered OK.
Other users of the form have reported the same issue.
Seems OK in AOL (IE7). Is there a known Firefox issue?
Please advise if you need more info.
Also had problems with the security code not being accepted so have disabled this for now. Any known issues there?
