In a step to unify and showcase the office apps under one common web address, Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show will all be accessible from the Zoho Docs URL: http://www.zoho.com/docs, in a few days.
Zoho Docs provides a centralized UI for Writer,Sheet and Show documents. All the documents you create in Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show are stored in Zoho Docs by default. Previously the Zoho Writer, Sheet, Show documents, were accessible from their respective urls. Now they will be accessible from one common URL, making accessibility to these apps easier.
Even though I think it is a good idea, I do not think it will help me. I have been writing you for the past few months that I no longer can do any work on my sheets, they are all screwed up. I can only do highlighting-cannot enter text. The only answer I get from you is that you never heard of this problem. At this time I have had to use another spreadsheet program. I would just like to be able to open my sheet and insert information like any normal spreadsheet does. I wish there was some way to straighten this out. I have been using zoho for a few years, and never had a problem until now.
We are sorry for the issues that you are facing with Zoho Sheet.

Where do I get a list of my old Writer documents so I can move them to Zoho Docs? It looks like if I have the old URL and reopen the document, that moves it into My Folders in Zoho Docs. But if I don't have the old URL saved, I can't see any way to find my old Writer documents.
I guess I was expecting all my old Writer docs to appear automatically somewhere in Zoho Docs, but I can't see them. Where are they? Do I have to go back to Writer and manually move them over? If so, how do I do that?
With the change in the Zoho Writer URL, all your writer documents have been automatically saved in Zoho Docs.
You can access all your writer documents by clicking on My Documents under Favorites in Zoho Docs. Or, at the time of saving a document in Zoho Writer, if you saved it in a particular folder, then you can access that folder under Personal Folders in Zoho Docs and can open your document from there. You can also create new folders and segregate your documents by dragging and dropping them into specific folders.
From now on any Zoho Writer document can only be opened from Zoho Docs and any document you create will be saved directly in Zoho Docs or its folders.

Right, managing all documents in one single place sounds logical. I'd like your help on this issue though: Folders in Explorer window can't be selected (check boxes greyed and no selectable). So, what if I want to move/delete a folder with all its documents at the same time? I can see all folders and individual files in "My Folders" inside "My Personal Folders". Files' check boxes can be ticked, folders' can not. Same happens with drag and drop function; it works with files and doesn't with folders. Is this the way it's supposed to be?
You can delete a folder by right clicking on it, (in the left menu) and clicking on delete :
You can also move your folders by simply dragging and dropping them in to the destination folders. Please watch the below video in which, the drag-drop has been demonstrated, and let us know if you need any further clarifications or assistance.
