On analyzing we found that you have not enabled IMAP Access to your account. If you are trying to set up your Zoho account as IMAP in devices like Andorid, 'Enble IMAP Access' for your account and follow the instructions in the page 'Zoho Mail as IMAP Account' to complete the set up.
If you want to sync your Calendar/ Contact in your mobile device, follow the instructions in the page 'Zoho Mobile sync'.
