Can someone explain to me the difference between a user and email account?
I had the free Zoho account, so I had one email address for me and used Zoho to manage it. Now I decided I wanted a different domain for my email but therefore needed to upgrade the account to a paid for one at $24 a year, ok, did that so added my new domain, verified it etc, added the mx records and stuff all is good. So now have 2 domains on this account.
BUT, it seems I have to add the new email to my existing one? So to add the new email address I want to use with my new domain I have to create and alias of my initial email address? I thought I could have to inboxes or example, one for old email address one for the new one? Otherwise I have to add a new USER and thats another $$ a month. Am I missing something here? Don't see the point of paying the 24$ a year if all I've done is add an alias to my old email.
eg old email simon@theparkers, so new one firstname.lastname@example.org is an alias of that now, rather than its own email account. Thought thats what the 24$ a year was for?
