I tried providing edit access to support by clicking the button 'Allow edit access to support', but it just brought up a pop-up window saying only the word 'undefined'. I tried regenerating the report yesterday and today and it appears to have worked as it came up with the response 'Scheduled for regenerating this report, this may take a few minutes based on the view's data. Please refresh the view after sometime.'
- I guess some things in Zoho are a bit 'glitchy' sometimes and might just be a matter of waiting for a day or so to fix itself.
I just find it difficult sometimes because when I experience problems I don't know if it is something that I have or haven't done or if Zoho is just having temporary problems.
There was also one day where Zoho was not displaying the forms/views/reports in their tabs which made it difficult for everyone to view data.
Not sure what these problems are, but might have something to do with the fact that Zoho is an online thing and there are many users, which may cause loading problems and might explain some of the behaviours I've noticed.
I thought I'd let you know of these things in case these are bugs that need to be fixed.
But if there's anything you can tell me about why each of these problems may occur occasionally, it would be great to know in case I can do something about it by making changes to my application.
We had a temporary problem in our side which has affected the "Report regenerate" for few users, we have identified the problem and fixed it soon.
And another problem in viewing form/view/report will occur to user who's account configuration is not updated properly in our side for example in some cases if they change the email address it is not getting updated in our side properly, we have identified those cases and working on it. Please let us know when you have faced such problem and the users who accessed so that it will help us to analyze and fix it soon.
The 'undefined' problem in application sharing will also occur only if there is any account level configuration mismatch, we will fix this soon, please let us know the application we will check and update you. We will make sure such problem will not occur in future.
