I've recently changed my website name, and am trying to create a new email to match in Zoho - I've linked the domain, and now when I try to 'add user' so I can create the new email address it keeps saying 'user already exists for this org' and I've upgraded to 2 users and still that doesn't work - any ideas? Now I was hoping you could help me with something else, I created the new user for myself to go with my new website name, so now I was hoping I could merge the two inboxes together? Its the same business so I don't want to have to login and out every time I need to check different emails - can i do this? Also I have lots of info saved in my initial Zoho inbox so I don't want to try and migrate that either.
In this case, you may delete the new zohomail account which have created in your organization and create the same as an alias address for your existing zohomail account. Do refer this help page to add the alias address.
Note : Deleting an account in Zoho, will lead to a permanent loss of accessing all the applications across Zoho for that account.
You may also add the new zohomail account as a POP3 account for your existing zohomail account, so that you can manage both the email accounts in the same interface. Do refer this help page to add external POP accounts.
