Word issus: It logs in but when I press Open in Zoho custom toolbar i get a modal message saying: "An Error occurred while retrieving documents list".
Excel issue: It logs in and after pressing Open nothing happens. No error message no document list.
Suggestion 01: Would be great if Word and Excel would share Zoho account information.
Suggestion 02: Users would benefit if after entering wrong login info the add in would throw an error.
Suggestion 03: Since Zoho has it's own bug tracking solution it's a mistery why it isn't used for bug reporting about Zoho web apps? That seems much easier then forum posts. Also paid customers and app stability would benefit from bug reports from free customers.
