This has been happening since yesterday and has impacted the business severely, also standard answer from support to contact recipient email service provider to white-list your IP is not acceptable at all, critical support should been activated since yesterday, could you please keep posting the status update as its month end need to send out number of emails to customer to receive payment on time.
Due to certain configuration changes at our ISP, few emails failed to deliver to your intended recipient. The emails were moved to retry queue due to which you must have received a temporary failure messages mentioned in our original post. Our network team had co-ordinated with our ISP team and fixed the issue.
However those emails would have got delivered after subsequent retry attempts.
On an additional note, currently we are not experiencing any issues in receiving emails. Users who had their domain hosted with Zoho and their MX records updated as mx.zohomail.com & mx2.zohomail.com experienced issues in receiving emails for sometime as there was some configuration changes made on the IP address(s) pointed towards them.
There should not be any further issues in sending email as well. For any further assistance, please feel free to share the failed mail's complete header details in an email to email@example.com.
Hey, the smtp server is not working since 1.00 pm gmt+1 and it's almost 9 hours. It is causing us serious problems...we are paying customer since a couple of years. I even sent an email and I'm not getting any replay or update from you? What kind of services is that? Why don't you even reply? By the way, I cant't even see incoming emails from imap server with thunderbird. It keeps saying "server time out". I can see incoming emails from the web mail only.
