Mark, I appreciate the usual acclimation to a new platform. I
respect that and agree. There are some functionalities that
reversed in efficiency. One key function is the search box at the
top right corner. I know how to use is however is requires a few
more clicks of the mouse to get to the former starting point. It
needs to be improved.
I agree. Don't Migrate! So many functions have been
changed for the worse unfortunately. Right now my business is
almost at a standstill with all of the migration issues with it.
So far, I've been left in the dark and forced into this
migration with many new problems I am left to fix on my own.
Instead of working on my business, I've been forced to work on
these issues with no phone support since it always says all lines are
busy and I left a message earlier this morning and my day is nearly over
with no response so another day wasted.
Templates are gone as well as SMS features to set up the
interviews. You are forced to use the template they created to
send to your clients and candidates which for us does not tell them
nearly enough about what to expect. No customization in other
The career website is showing incorrect info now. Its showing
the city and state as a "country" instead of a city and
state. Many additional steps to simply associate a candidate to
a job instead of simply finding the candidate name and making a quick
Dashboard as you knew it is gone. It shows a bunch of charts
that are not showing anything you can use to help really manage the
day to day issues with your team.
I'm not even sure about the resume parsing but I saw something
that told me it was either gone or changed....
Also, most importantly, don't expect any real support with
these MAJOR changes. They just changed the whole database (look,
feel, functionality, etc) and left you to figure it out on your own
without sending anything to us over the past few weeks about what is
changing, what to expect, what to be aware of and prepare for,
NOTHING. All they sent out was a useless marketing blog as you
can see above. Nothing really helpful when you are asking how to
do functions you did previously. Your just left wondering what happened??
I've really enjoyed Zoho in the past but this is NOT the way to
keep your customers happy.
