We have made a major enhancement to the existing , to help you search the right candidate by any keyword within the candidate profile, candidate form fields, attachments, etc. This reduces the search time and increases efficiency.
Now give us the real thing… lol.
Do you need a consultant to help zoho giving the real boost to Recruit?
1- New user interface, more appealing, functional , more info per candidate when listing them.
2- Candidate Log in with facebook, linkedin, yahoo, email account, or just phone number for those how don’t have mail. European legislation has this obligation.
3- Create at least 3 kinds of sections per candidate analysis (that could expand or collapse)
a) Personal information (all about them)
b) Job Ad responses (since a person can apply to multiple jobs, without the need to replicate the candidate) we would all jobs and responses to specific questions from every ad.
c)Assessment: here we rate cv consistency, rate phone interview, skype interview, on person interviews, Psychometric analysis, and all other dimensions that we could create, register how made de analysis, and add a 5 star rate and comments
4- We need to have mini-surveys for each vacancy, in other to filter de candidates, and obtain an automatic ranking. “ how many year working with Java? More then 1, More then 10, more then X”, and we could address points to every possible answer.
5- we could creat quizzes with limited time to answer, that would give more info and help rating candidates
6-you have a long road ahead… and are taking to lon for each mile

To jchainho, what you are asking for does not exist in a recruit program in this price range. Trust me on this, i spent $5,000 on the set up and first couple months access of a program called jobadder and it was a complete waste of money. I came running back to Zoho Recruit. Keep up the good work Zoho Recruit...

But all I'm asking (I know it could be much, but I'm picky, lol) already exists. Not concentrate is a unique platform, but dispersed in several.
Example: The best solutions on the market begin to have a module dedicated to the assessment of candidates and all interactions that we had with them. We, recruiters, also need to build out fully-customized evaluation templates that automatically calculate ratings based on the criteria we set. This helps us to launch a micro-survey to see is the candidate has thespecial skills and atributes that a specific client is asking for. And that the system would make a ranking based on awnsers.
Imagine you have a client who is looking for a candidate with high capacities at the level of verbal and spatial reasoning, and an INTJ personality type, according to the MBTI test. I could do a quick search that matched to these characteristics. Given that I had created in section "Assessment / evaluation" dimension devoted to psychometric, or had put the dimensions that I use in my grid interview
This is rather a differentiating carecteristicas ATS, which would give a BOOST in the number of customers. And many customers mean $ $ $ and many $ $ $ allow further developments.

Hi jchainho, if you find a program with all of that let me know...
I ask you not see my provocation as a criticism of the path already traveled by Zoho Recruit. I feel they are on the right track. I only encourage them to go further and faster if possible. For anyone who is mounting a jobboard, know that it is crucial to define a good strategy and architecture of its system for screening resumes, taking advantage of what the platform gives us. I just want this platform to give us a little more. Example: the possibility of a candidate register via email or through social networks and update the curriculum or later respond to some additional questions that are important to a particular job. And you might not even believe it, but this is a legal requirement in Europe.
