I have tried adding a 'Custom Page Box' to the sidebar which should do exactly what I want but it simply doesn't appear in the sidebar.
After I have added the Custom Page Box, the new page appears in my 'Navigate Pages' list, and when viewing the page it contains the sidebar element that I want to display, but why won't it actually show in the sidebar??
Inspecting the HTML reveals that all I have is an empty div where the new sidebar element should be, eg:
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem as I have definitely been clicking 'Save' to save the order of the side panel elements.
One thing that I notice is that when I go back to the workspace customization page and click to edit the custom page box in the sidebar, the page content seems to have disappeared and it reverts back to the default "Type your content to be displayed here" message. Updating this page and clicking 'Save' results in a duplicate page being created in my 'Navigate Pages' list but still no additional element in the sidebar.
The menu appears in the customisation view but does not appear in the side bar on the wiki. Additionally when reentering the customisation menu the custom page box renames itself "Sharesight Help" for no apparent reason.
When should we expect the next update? Thanks, Francis
