By default, Zoho Sheet will be loaded in Read-Only mode when embedded in a website. A button named 'Click to Edit' will be available at the top right corner of the editor. When your users click on that button, the spreadsheet will switch to interactive(editable) mode. However, changes made by the users will not be saved in the published spreadsheet.
Note : If you had checked the 'Allow to export' option while embedding the spreadsheet, users can further save the spreadsheet to their accounts along with the changes. But in any case, the changes will not be reflected in the published spreadsheet.
Hope this helps.
Please continue to use Zoho Sheet and feel free to post your suggestions and feedback in our forums or send them to firstname.lastname@example.org .
