To analyze the issue and assist you further, please send us few sample header details of the genuine messages that got fetched into the Spam folder. To get the message header, open the respective mail in Zoho >> click Show Original icon on the top right corner of the mail window >>Show Full Message >> copy the information.
In regards to disabling the Spam filter, we are working on providing an option to the Organizations Super Admin to configure and turn on or off the Spam filters.

Based on your requests, currently we have completely turned off Anti Spam filters of Zoho for the mail accounts of your Organization from our back end.
The option will be soon available in the Zoho Mail Control Panel, after our upcoming updates. You will be able to make your Anti Spam choices for your organization, after we provide the option in Control Panel.
Please forward us the emails with headers which are filtered in spam by mistake (to firstname.lastname@example.org). Because our Zoho Spam filter will filter emails that has certain patterns. If these emails which are marked as spam are identified in any of these patterns we will rectify it and we can resolve the problem permanently with the help of our Anti-Spam team.
please disable my spam filter as well. No matter how many times
that I mark an email as "not spam", the next email from the
same sender, goes to spam. This is crazy. just give us an
option to disable/ enable it ourselves.
I have wasted hour upon hour trying to disable the spam filter for a
personal account. (I have lost email inquiries from journalists about my
organization, and important emails from contacts I write to regularly).
This problem is beyond frustrating. After reviewing this forum, I
ultimately determined that my account had no setting to disable the
filter, because I was not logged in from the organization's
administrator account. This makes, for obvious reasons, no sense: why
not let all accounts control their own settings?
Overall: I would heartily recommend against Zohomail for any
organization. This is a true low point in webmail.
It's unbelievable that the spam filter blocked the regular emails
even they were sent from people in my contact list. Please add all
address in my contact list to white list by default. Do not ask me to
add them one by one. Beside the filter should learn something when I
flagged some emails in spam mailbox as "non spam".
I would like to have my organization's spam filter turned off, too. I've tried to find the options to do it myself as others have outlined, but find nothing in the Anti-Spam settings. We are currently using free accounts. Would appreciate some help, as important business emails are going into the spam folder. The filter is extremely aggressive.
