Trying to get the addon for Outlook to work on a Mac ( outlook for mac 2016).
to get it to work, there is a small armchair on the top of the screen & you operate a drop down box.
I can get it to set up a client contact but it will not ( as far as I can see) either add candidates or add mails as notes to candidates - is there some setup quirk I am missing or does this functionality not work?
