I installed and configured Twilio on Zoho CRM enterprise. I want to send a text alert to clients based on certain criteria such as dates or fields. In the workflow automation, it doesn't seem to have the option to edit the sms. Am I missing something or is it not possible?
I've been using zoho for several years now, and still to this day, I don't get the email verification process. I add a new user under my domain. I create an [pop3 account on my server at poweredbyeclipse.com. I enter all the credentials, do the test within zoho, and it all checks out. Do the "send invite" and nothing. What am I missing?? Drives me nuts!
I'm losing serious money, I'm unable to respond to clients. Any
word? Any update? Im literally scared. Days of no communication is
serious. I dont even know if people are trying to email me back. Do
they believe me when I say "my email is down?" No, because I
can't tell them.
