Lost access to folders

 hi,

Two problems happened simulateneously

1) I have a folder with a number of sub folders - the navigation pane on the left displays the + sign but when I click on it the folders do not appear, I can see that these folders are still there when I look at folders in preferences but I cannot use the navigation pane (or anything) else to access the emails.

2) The navigation pane on the left suddenly change to show all the top level folders before showing labels and views. This means that I have to scroll down quite a long way to find the views and labels. I can find no way to reset this.

Problem (1) is quite urgent as there are emails I need to access.

Kalesh,

I always use name@project-laneways.com.au on zoho and I can longer remember my password for zoho.com. When I asked for the password, it said there was server problem.

So I have not read your email yet. Can you send it to name@ project-laneways.com.au?
