Help with setting up two accounts - 1 business, 1 personal

I already have a personal CRM account setup with my personal email.  Now, my business has added CRM and Zoho will not allow me setup that accounts with my business email.  Any suggestions?

Maybe just add to your crm account additional e-mail?
